What We Do
What We Do and How We Do It
Teen Habits offers positive leadership mentoring and training in flexible formats: seminar-style evening classes, weekend retreats, week-long “leadership boot camps” in a day format and or in residential training camps at your facility. For a traditional school environment, we have “Block and Modified Block Schedule” options that fit into a school day or an after-school program. What works best for you works best for us.
Teen Habits works with clients to meet the specific interests and needs of the participant population. All consulting work is planned with the clients’ specific outcomes in mind and has client approval of the written proposal before the consulting work begins.
Teen Habits believes in MEASURABLE RESULTS. Every training session begins with a tool to benchmark the participant population and is followed up at the end of training with that same tool to accurately measure program effectiveness. We also measure the sponsoring organization satisfaction with the training. In the long-term, measurable results are evidenced in the relationships, professional performance and community stewardship of each participant.
